Join Sharmini on a 5-week virtual cook-a-long and she will show you how to use and layer spices to create your own authentic Indian dishes. Throughout the class, you will learn how to create simple Indian dishes using fresh ingredients and warming spices. Each week over 90 minutes Sharmini will guide you through the cooking process ensuring everyone is working at the same speed. Once you have finished your creation sit down and enjoy your home-cooked meal!

The course runs from the 28th June – 26th July and if booked before 22nd June, you can receive a FREE spice starter kit worth £45* and join her to create 10 authentic Indian dishes.
You will be supplied with an ingredient and equipment list along with recipes for 2 dishes.
Zoom link will be sent ahead of your class for you to join the cook-a-long.
This class is suitable for beginners and all recipes can be tailored to a vegan diet.
