Our cancellation policy is designed to give customers the freedom to change a course booking with minimal penalty when enough notice is given. However, we have some conditions around short notice cancellations which have an impact on other customers and our business. We will always try and help wherever possible, but please familiarise yourself with our terms of cancellation below.
Most bookings for courses are made months in advance. It is therefore often hard for us to resell any places within 28 days of the start of the course date.
If cancelled more than 28 days before the date of course, payments and vouchers will be refunded less a £15.00 administration fee.
You may transfer to an alternative class or course if you give us notice not less than 21 days before the date of the class. In this case, we will rebook you to your selected class or issue a voucher valid for one year from the date of issue. Transfers or issuing of a voucher will be subject to an administration fee of £15.00.
If cancelled within 28 days of the date of course, payments and vouchers are non-refundable. However, we will endeavour to fill your place and if so fees will be returned less £15.00 administration fee. If we are unable to resell your place in the time remaining, you will forfeit any course fees associated with your booking.
