The Nation’s Best Curry Cookery School based in York UK

For 25 years, Sharmini has been teaching the art of creating classic homemade dishes that are not only easy to prepare but also bursting with mouth-watering flavours.

Sharmini feels her mission is accomplishes when she witnesses the eagerness of her students to acquire knowledge and the pure joy reflected on their faces while proficiently cooking and savouring their own curry dishes for the very first time

At her school, she conducts customized cookery sessions that cater to vegans, vegetarians, and non-vegetarians alike.

Additionally, she also provides team-building sessions infused with Indian flavours. Her cookery classes are ideal for intimate gatherings of 8-10 people, be it friends hanging out or party celebrations too.

“My mother had a significant impact on my life as she had a passion for hosting and would generously share her love with friends and family through her homemade and delectable meals. In addition, my mother-in-law imparted her knowledge of the Garam masala spice mix, which is now included in ‘Sharmini’s Spice Starter kit’ containing 19 different spices.”

It comes as no surprise that her work has been recognised across the UK earning her the title of “The Curry Queen” as quoted in an article in the Sunday Times.
